Truth about Zui Hou Zi Ci
A chinese song titled “The Last Time” which has been circulating on Youtube became a hit after rumours that the writer had passed away.
According to the story, this touching song was written by a 17 year old girl. It is believed she is a Sporean or a Msian. She had a loving BF and both of them had planned to get marry when they graduate.
But one day, the girl discovered herself suffering from a rare skin disease, whereby her skin will become thinner and thinner until they are so fragile, any strong movement would cause her skin to tear open. This is a bit like the paper skin disease which I had posted before that happens on a baby.
And so, she started to write this love song for her BF, hoping to finish it before she died. When the song was completed, she insisted on singing it herself and record it for her BF, risking that her skin may tear any moment by the singing force.
Before she died, her last words to her BF was, “I can’t see the next sunrise anymore. But it’s ok. Because you have come with me so far. I love you.” And people had been saying that the girl is already passed away. There were even another version saying that she had committed suicide.
HOWEVER…………..
some time back, a girl by the name of Lovynn Kan was on the MRT when she heard people chatting about this song and how pitiful the girl was had passed away.
She wanted to walk over and tell them, the girl who wrote the song is not dead but alive! Because she is the writer. But she added that the story was not compose by her and don’t know how it started. She had actually written the song for a charity for the Tsunami victims back in 2004.
She had entered the Spore Idol before and this song had been played before on local radio station, but it never was really noticed until now. She is also the student of 2 well known local singer.
So the air is now cleared! The writer of this song is 22 year old Lovynn Kan who is still well and alive kicking!
And not as what the story was, composed and started by don’t know who.
